• General Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with departments such as shipping, sales, admin, and partners to fulfill tasks.
  • Working hours are from 7:15 am to 5:00 pm from Monday to Saturday, with a lunch break from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm.

• Detailed Tasks:

  • Manage accounts receivable, liaise with suppliers, handle income and expenses, tax reporting, and perform other assigned tasks.

• Requirements:

  • Graduate from college or higher in Accounting, Finance, or Archival Studies.
  • Minimum of 1 year of work experience.
  • Proficient in office computing and soft skills such as teamwork, time management, and planning.

• Authority and Benefits:

  • Salary range from 9,000,000 to 12,000,000 VND, negotiable based on competency.
