Job Descriptions for C&B Specialist

  • Being in charge of Social insurance registration and management.
  • Take part in data management in the HR system.
  • Support to take part in time attendance checking monthly for the payroll process.
  • Handling end-of-the-year awards and parties (Most valuable person award, annual award, welcome newcomers, DE&I activities, 20th-year anniversary activities…)
  • Monitor industry trends and best practices to recommend and write updated versions of policy changes and improvements.
  • Taking part in organizing CSR activities of the company
  • Assisting HR in day-to-day department operations and general administrative job
  • Hold annual Healthcheck, Entrance Health check, M-M review, Support store documents
  • Other job is assigned by the HR Manager

Job Requirements

  • University degree graduated.
  • At least 7 years of working experience or above in C&B, working in High-tech company is a plus.
  • Experience in organizing the internal event with large number of participants.
  • Strong at communication and negotiation skills, detailed oriented, positive thinking, and good at work ethic.
  • Good at English (both written and verbal communication)
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Good office computing skills, and works well with numbers.

Period

  • Available working from Nov. 2024 – June.2025
  • Working from Mon to Fri, 8 AM – 5 PM
