HR and Accounting Manager F&B

We are hiring an HR and Accounting Manager F&B to oversee all back-office operations, including HR, finance, and administration. This role ensures smooth day-to-day business performance, compliance, and continuous improvement for a growing F&B group.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage HR, accounting, and administration teams (3–5 members).

  • Develop and implement processes, policies, and internal controls.

  • Coordinate with Headquarters on financial reporting, budgeting, and HR strategies.

  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax, and accounting standards.

  • Support management with strategic planning and decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar management role.

  • Strong background in HR and financial management.

  • Experience in F&B or service industry preferred.

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

  • Proficient in Excel, accounting software (MISA or equivalent), and digital tools.

  • Detail-oriented, proactive, trustworthy, and able to meet deadlines.

  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, multicultural environment.

  • Business-level English, especially in writing and reading.

  • CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.

Working Conditions

  • Working time: 9:00 – 18:00, Monday to Friday (flexible schedule & semi-remote negotiable).

  • Reports to: HQ Director.

  • Salary: Negotiable (based on experience and performance).
