We are hiring an HR and Accounting Manager F&B to oversee all back-office operations, including HR, finance, and administration. This role ensures smooth day-to-day business performance, compliance, and continuous improvement for a growing F&B group.
Key Responsibilities

Manage HR, accounting, and administration teams (3–5 members).

Develop and implement processes, policies, and internal controls.

Coordinate with Headquarters on financial reporting, budgeting, and HR strategies.

Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax, and accounting standards.

Support management with strategic planning and decision-making.
Qualifications
-
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar management role.

Strong background in HR and financial management.

Experience in F&B or service industry preferred.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Proficient in Excel, accounting software (MISA or equivalent), and digital tools.

Detail-oriented, proactive, trustworthy, and able to meet deadlines.

Comfortable working in a dynamic, multicultural environment.

Business-level English, especially in writing and reading.

CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
Working Conditions

Working time: 9:00 – 18:00, Monday to Friday (flexible schedule & semi-remote negotiable).

Reports to: HQ Director.

Salary: Negotiable (based on experience and performance).
