Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law
- 4-5 years of experience in a law firm or in-house legal department
- Experience with manufacturing companies, a law license, and real estate knowledge (preferred)
- Fluent English (all skills) with strong legal and contract terminology
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented, ethical, responsible, and able to maintain confidentiality
- Strong teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills
