Job Descriptions for C&B Specialist
- Being in charge of Social insurance registration and management.
- Take part in data management in the HR system.
- Support to take part in time attendance checking monthly for the payroll process.
- Handling end-of-the-year awards and parties (Most valuable person award, annual award, welcome newcomers, DE&I activities, 20th-year anniversary activities…)
- Monitor industry trends and best practices to recommend and write updated versions of policy changes and improvements.
- Taking part in organizing CSR activities of the company
- Assisting HR in day-to-day department operations and general administrative job
- Hold annual Healthcheck, Entrance Health check, M-M review, Support store documents
- Other job is assigned by the HR Manager
Job Requirements
- University degree graduated.
- At least 7 years of working experience or above in C&B, working in High-tech company is a plus.
- Experience in organizing the internal event with large number of participants.
- Strong at communication and negotiation skills, detailed oriented, positive thinking, and good at work ethic.
- Good at English (both written and verbal communication)
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Good office computing skills, and works well with numbers.

- Working from Mon to Fri, 8 AM – 5 PM
