Hiring for a Digital Marketing Executive (Food and Beverage)

✦ Job Objective:

Maximize marketing effectiveness, increase brand awareness of the restaurant, successfully convert online and offline traffic into real customers, and contribute to revenue growth and business model development.

✦ RESPONSIBILITIES

Online Marketing Activities (70%)

  • Plan weekly content for Facebook/Instagram (new menu, promotions, behind-the- scenes, customer feedback, daily moments, etc.)
  • Design simple visuals using Canva; collaborate with a designer
  • Write engaging captions with clear CTAs (e.g., inbox to book a table or order food)
  • Proactively search and contact KOLs/food reviewers to book high-quality reviews
  • Manage the fan page, respond to messages, and comments
  • Increase customer reviews on Google Maps
  • Launch mini-games/giveaway campaigns to boost interaction and attract customers
  • Collect customer data online (via forms, inbox, QR codes, promo codes, etc.)
  • Plan and propose a budget for Facebook/Instagram ad campaigns

Offline Marketing Activities (30%)

  • Design POSM: standees, wall menus, vouchers for in-store placement
  • Organize promotions for golden hours, holidays, customer birthdays, etc.
  • Decorate the restaurant seasonally (Christmas, Tet, Valentine’s Day, Women’s Day, etc.)
  • Coordinate with the store manager to push in-store promotional activities
  • Distribute flyers or collaborate with nearby offices/residences for group bookings
  • Host small events like food tasting, chef showcases, and street activation in front of the restaurant
  • Gather direct customer feedback from staff to optimize customer experience
  • Collaborate with other departments to support the shared goals of the restaurant

✦ Management – Measurement – Reporting

  • Continuously track KPIs, run A/B testing to improve content, targeting, and cost
  • Create a simple CRM on Google Sheets to track new and returning customers
  • Weekly reporting on activities and results achieved
  • Analyze and optimize costs, report the performance of each marketing channel
  • Monthly performance review and improvement proposals.

✦ REQUIREMENT:

  • At least 02 years of experience in Digital Marketing. Experience in F&B Industry, Hospitality is a plus.
  • Proactive & Results-Oriented

✦ WORKING TIME:

  • 10:00 to 19:00 from Monday to Friday
