Job Description:

• Achieve revenue and profit target rates.
• Own the P&L, achieving and exceeding revenue and profit targets for the area.
• Oversee all store operations: service, kitchen, inventory, and cleanliness, with each Store-MGR.
• Recruit, train, and develop store staff with Admin(HR) team.
• Design sales targets with directors and Conduct it with Store-MGRs.
• Sales promotions, and local marketing strategies with Marketing team and Sales team.
• Control inventory, place supplier orders, and manage material costs with Store-MGR.
• Ensure compliance with food-safety regulations and legal requirements for the area with Admin(Legal) team.
• Supporting customer satisfaction (CS) proactively with CRM(customer relationship management) team.
• Creating and maintaining weekly area revenue reports with customer information, HR records, equipment logs, etc., for superiors upon request.
• Design business strategy of the area with directors.
• Weekly and Monthly meeting organizing with data-driven approaching
• All other area management such as ordering and inventory management and Etc. with Store-MGRs, Marketing team, CRM(customer relationship management) team, Admin (HR, GA, Accounting, Procurement) team and Sales team.
• Other tasks assigned by the Company’s leadership from time to time.

Job requirement

• Must has more than 3 yr experience in F&B Store-MGR experience (Hotel experience welcome)
• Franchise of F&B management experience want
• VN/EN or VN/JP speaker want, JP speaker welcome
• Report to Operational Director
• Salary + Benefit, include meal allowance and etc.
