IT Helpdesk – on site

1. Scope of Work:
Solve some requests related to end users, such as:
– Support related to end user devices ( PC, Laptop, Printer, scan, …)
– Support related to common software (word, excel, winrar
– Arrange new device for new joiner/follow up with Servicedesk/HR for new account for new joiner
– Route ticket to suitable team support as escalation
– Fix errors related to PC hardware, laptop, printer, photocopy, scan
– Troubleshooting network related (Internet, LAN, Printer, Camera
– Report monthly work.

2. Requirement
– Good communication skill interpersonal skill.
– Good for english (spoken and writing)
– 1-2 year experience in EUS

3. Salary: 13.000.000VND

4. Working time: on site 1 day/week – on call ticket: 4 days/week (8am- 6pm)

5. Working place: 35 Mac Thai To, Yen Hoa, Cau Giay, Ha Noi.
